Rams-Saints injury report: Havenstein and Witherspoon progressing, Olave limited

The Rams are making progress injury-wise with Thursday approaching, while Chris Olave was also upgraded as a limited participant

The Los Angeles Rams are only two days removed from their win over the Washington Commanders, but they’re already getting ready for their next opponent, the New Orleans Saints. They’ll host the Saints on Thursday night in a game with serious playoff implications for both teams.

After not practicing Monday, the Rams and Saints each held a walkthrough on Tuesday, lightening the load for their players before kickoff this week. Tre Tomlinson and Joe Noteboom were both non-participants again, the only two players to miss the walk-through.

Rob Havenstein and Ahkello Witherspoon were both estimated as limited participants Monday and were upgraded to full on Tuesday. They’re expected to play on Thursday, as is Tutu Atwell, who was a full participant for the second day in a row.

Ronnie Rivers also returned to practice after being designated to return from IR, and he was a full participant.

For the Saints, three players remained out of practice: Isaiah Foskey, Lonnie Johnson and Ryan Ramczyk. All three are in danger of missing Thursday’s game, but Wednesday’s practice will give us a better idea of their availability.

Chris Olave was upgraded to limited, and Cameron Jordan remained limited, too. Those are two players to watch as Thursday approaches.
