Brock Purdy quickly re-entered the game against the Cardinals after taking a hit in the second quarter.

In the second quarter against the Arizona Cardinals, Brock Purdy exited the game after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from linebacker Dennis Gardeck.

After Sam Darnold entered the game for two plays, Purdy quickly re-entered the game and lead the 49ers on a scoring drive with minutes left in the second half.
