Sunday afternoon’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders had more injuries to the Minnesota Vikings offense than points scored on the day. One of those injuries was to wide receiver Justin Jefferson.
He was taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons but, according to The Star Tribune’s Ben Goessling, Jefferson was back in the locker room after the game.
Head coach Kevin O’Connell did say that Jefferson was sent to the hospital to rule out any injuries that would prevent him from traveling home with the team.
There is a real chance that Jefferson will play on Saturday afternoon against the Cincinnati Bengals, who have two of Jefferson’s teammates at LSU in Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase.
