Broncos injuries: Jerry Jeudy returns to practice

Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy (groin) was back at practice Thursday after being held out on Wednesday.

After being held out of practice on Wednesday, Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (groin) was back on the practice field in a limited capacity on Thursday.

Three other players — kicker Wil Lutz (right hip), cornerback Damarri Mathis (back) and wide receiver Marvin Mims (hamstring) — were also limited Thursday.

Meanwhile, Broncos receiver Brandon Johnson (hamstring) is eligible to return from injured reserve this week, but Denver is not rushing a decision.

“It’s good to have him,” coach Sean Payton said after Johnson returned to practice Wednesday. “He’s ready. We’ll see where he is at. It seems like it was months ago, but he had a real good training camp. It’s good to have him back. We have some depth here at that position. We have to sort through this week what we’re going to do with it.”

The Broncos’ complete Thursday injury report can be seen below.
