Joe Burrow might be out for the season, but the NFL goes on and the Cincinnati Bengals will match up against division rival Pittsburgh Steelers for the first time this season. Jake Browning is getting his first start in the NFL and will be looking to prove the doubters wrong now that everyone is saying the Bengals season is over without Burrow.
The Steelers have worked their way to a 6-4 start despite being outgained on offense in every single game. The poor offensive performance culminated in a 10-point performance in a loss to the Cleveland Browns last week, leading to the firing of Matt Canada, their offensive coordinator. This will be their first game with Eddie Faulkner as interim coordinator.
As for the Bengals, Tee Higgins and Cam Taylor-Britt have been ruled out, while Sam Hubbard is good to go on the final injury report. They are dealing with a number of injuries to key players. The Bengals still have their eyes on a playoff spot, but it will be a tough mountain to climb.
