Texas A&M coach Joni Taylor made it a point to take this team to the next level after a rough first season full of injuries and inexperience. To make that jump, Coach Taylor and her staff utilized the transfer portal to boost her roster with 2-time All-SEC selection transfer Aicha Coulibaly.
Coulibaly wasted no time getting into a rhythm, finishing the night as the leading scorer (17 points) on 7-10 shooting. A few shots in the transfer guard had across a career milestone of 1,000 points. Her strong debut performance in the victory is just a glimpse at what she can provide to the team.
