Panthers keep 7 players out of Tuesday’s walk-through

OLB Brian Burns and CB CJ Henderson were among the seven Panthers kept out of Tuesday’s walk-through session.

Rather than a prototypical practice, the Carolina Panthers had themselves a walk-through for the second straight afternoon ahead of their Thursday night showdown against the Chicago Bears. Wooten was placed on injured reserve earlier this morning due to the ankle injury he sustained in Sunday’s loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Tight end Jordan Matthews was brought up from the practice squad to fill Wooten’s spot on the active roster.
