Shocker: Arkansas will get one more night game against FIU

Arkansas gets a rare night game against a nonconference opponent late in the season, as the FIU game will kick off at 6:30 on Nov. 18.

Arkansas’ football team has been a fixture at 11 a.m. this season, drawing that slot four times to go along with the noon kickoff to start the year in Little Rock.

It was fully expected that the league office would make the Florida International game kick off at 11 a.m. on November 18 as well.

Alas, it did not. When announced on Monday, the game drew a 6:30 p.m. kickoff on ESPNU.

We already knew the kickoff time for the Missouri game on Black Friday in Fayetteville, so now all the kickoff times for the remainder of the season are determined.

Dave Neal and Derek Mason will be calling this weekend’s game against Auburn for the SEC Network.
