Steph Curry added another game-winning shot to his career resume on Nov. 3.
The Golden State Warriors star guard hit a layup high off the glass in the dying seconds of the game to give his team a hard-fought victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Despite a moment of confusion while the referees reviewed potential goaltending on the basket, Curry was awarded the points, and the Warriors won their fifth game of the season.
Following the victory, multiple angles of Curry’s layup surfaced on social media. The “ChazNBA” YouTube channel released a video showing the bucket from multiple courtside angles, allowing fans to see the degree of difficulty Curry had to contend with while the game was on the line.
The win over the Thunder was also Golden State’s first in-season tournament victory, allowing them an early jump to the top of their tournament grouping. However, there are multiple in-season tournament games left to be played.
