Good, Bad and Ugly: Gators Wire reacts to Georgia’s beatdown of Florida

Take a look at the good, bad and ugly aspects of Florida’s rough loss at the hands of Georgia.

It was a rough day for the Gator Nation in Jacksonville, where the Georgia Bulldogs throttled Florida, 43-20, putting to rest any hopes of winning the Southeastern Conference East division in its final year.

Billy Napier’s boys came out strong, scoring a touchdown on their first possession for the first time in ages against the ‘Dawgs, then turned around and held their opponent to a field goal after a grueling drive. That was pretty much the high-water mark on Saturday for the Orange and Blue.

After the dust settled in EverBank Stadium, the Gators Wire staff assembled to give their respective takes on the game in our weekly Good, Bad and Ugly format. Take a look at what we had to offer on the Bulldogs’ beatdown.
