Derrick Henry has a resume that just about any running back could ask for. The former Heisman winner out of Alabama has been one of the best ball carriers in the NFL since he entered the league in 2016.
The Tennessee Titans selected Henry in the second round of the NFL draft six years ago, and they don’t seem to be ready to part ways with him.
With the NFL’s trade deadline of Oct. 31 looming, many believed Henry would be traded. The 29-year-old running back, however, is reportedly going to be finishing the season in Nashville.
Despite teams reaching out to the Titans front office, the team revealed that they won’t be engaging in any negotiations that involve the three-time pro bowler, according to ESPN’s NFL insider, Adam Schefter.
