Bronny, who is enrolled at USC, has made several public appearances since suffering a cardiac arrest in July during a workout on campus. LeBron said at media day that Bronny is doing extremely well and is progressing toward playing this season.
The four-star prospect committed to play at USC in May over Ohio State and Oregon. He was the 20th-ranked recruit in the class of 2023. The Trojans also secured commitments from the top recruit, Isaiah Collier, and the No. 4 overall center, Arrinten Page.
Bronny is considered to be a potential first-round pick next year. It is unclear if his recent health issue will delay his arrival to the NBA, but he projects to be a draft pick once he decides to move.
