Caitlin Clark and Co. put on one final clinic ahead of the 2023-24 women’s college basketball season, routing Clarke, 122-49.
In a short day, Clark dropped 24 points on 9-of-13 shooting, including 1-of-3 from 3-point range. The reigning consensus national player of the year also dished out nine assists and reeled in four rebounds.
One of the big stories was sophomore forward Hannah Stuelke’s day. Stuelke connected on 11-of-15 field goal attempts to register game-highs in points and rebounds with 27 and 10, respectively. There were plenty of other takeaways from the final tune-up ahead of the season, too.
