Cowboys News: Roster moves, surprises, power rankings coming out of bye

The Cowboys seem to be taking full advantage of the bye-week reset. On the first day back to work, the team opened up two practice-squad spots with a pair of cuts. They announced encouraging news on the injury front and even climbed a few spots in the power rankings despite not strapping on a helmet.
