It’s always interesting to see how NFL players spend the bye week.
For Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins, it was all about going back to the past for just a second.
Friday, Higgins was inducted into his high school’s Hall of Fame in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The Oak Ridge Sports Hall of Fame retired his No. 5 jersey a few years ago before he made the switch from No. 85 to No. 5 with the Bengals.
Higgins scored 18 touchdowns as a senior at the school as a five-star recruit before joining Clemson (he initially committed to Tennessee).
Higgins and the Bengals are back at it in Week 8 when they travel to take on the San Francisco 49ers, a team that will be missing a key part of the roster.
