Injury report for Joel Embiid, Sixers vs. Hawks in preseason finale

Here is the latest injury report for Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers as they take on the Atlanta Hawks in the preseason finale.

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia 76ers are preparing for the preseason finale on Friday when they take on the Atlanta Hawks. They seek one final look at how the team will look under new coach Nick Nurse.

The Sixers have not seen Joel Embiid and Furkan Korkmaz in the preseason, and Danuel House Jr. has played one exhibition game. It appears all three will be ready to go in this one.

Per a team spokesperson, the Sixers are expected to have all three players return on Friday. Embiid was under the weather and missed Philadelphia’s preseason contest on Monday. Korkmaz has been dealing with a leg strain, and House Jr. has had right knee soreness.

As for James Harden, The Beard is still not with the team due to a personal matter. Therefore, he will not play against the Hawks on Friday.

The Sixers and the Hawks will tip off at 7 p.m. EDT from the Wells Fargo Center on Friday.
