The Boston Celtics showed up to play the Charlotte Hornets for their final preseason tilt of 2023 with a plan to play their primary players heavy minutes as a tune-up for their season debut on Oct. 25 vs. the New York Knicks, and the contender smacked Charlotte hard and early as expected.
The starters, led by Jaylen Brown, made significant contributions, and the bench players also shined. Derrick White, Kristaps Porzingis, Jayson Tatum, and Jrue Holiday all played crucial roles. Notably, Neemias Queta impressed with 12 points and 7 rebounds in just 13 minutes. The Celtics’ next game is on October 25th against the New York Knicks in their season opener at Madison Square Garden.
Let’s take a look at some of the best moments captured in images in the Celtics’ final preseason game of 2023-24 vs. the Hornets.
