Warriors’ Steph Curry and Chris Paul out for preseason contest vs. Kings on Sunday

The pair of veteran point guards will get the night off on Sunday in the preseason against the Kings.

Since being traded to the Golden State Warriors in a blockbuster deal at the start of the offseason, Chris Paul has already suited up alongside his new teammate Steph Curry twice in the preseason. However, the veteran point guards will get the night off Sunday.

According to Anthony Slater of The Athletic, both Paul and Curry have been ruled out for Sunday’s preseason contest against the Sacramento Kings at Golden 1 Center.

Paul tacked on six points and four assists in 20 minutes in his second preseason game as a Warrior.

The Warriors will be back on the floor in the preseason with a rematch against the Kings on Wednesday at Chase Center.
