Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill leaves game vs. Panthers

Miami’s WR1 heads back to the locker room in the third quarter.

In the third quarter of the Miami Dolphins’ Week 6 battle with the Carolina Panthers, wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who already had a long touchdown reception earlier in the contest, limped to the sideline after a 47-yard catch-and-run.

Hill was taken to the sidelines where he met with the training staff before being brought back to the locker room.

The wideout has had a history of cramping since being traded to the Dolphins last offseason, and he’s spoken out about needing to get IVs because of his poor hydration.

Mike McDaniel and company are hoping that’s the only thing keeping him off of the field.

UPDATE: The team announced that Hill was dealing with cramps, and he returned to the game on the next drive.
