On Monday, a Nebraska volleyball player was named the Big Ten Player of the Week. Outside hitter Lindsay Krause earned the honor from the conference’s home office.
The junior helped Nebraska with back-to-back conference road victories over Michigan State and Michigan. Krause had 3.43 kills per set on a .458 hitting percentage.
The Papillion, Nebraska native also had 24 kills and just two hitting errors in 48 swings. The Cornhuskers hold a 15-0 record with a 6-0 mark in the Big Ten.
No. 2 Nebraska will prepare to play host to Michigan State this Friday at 6:00 p.m.
