We acknowledge how hard it is to be an NFL official. And we’ve completely given up on trying to understand what pass interference is anymore. But the league keeps saying player safety is their top concern. This is especially true when it comes to protecting the quarterbacks.
So if this is true, tell me how they missed this hit by the Last Vegas Raiders on Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett. The Steelers offense has been dreadful aside from the long touchdown to wide receiver Calvin Austin III in the first quarter. They cannot afford to get short-changed on a play like this were Pickett gets slapped in the head trying to make a play.
