The Boston Celtics are probably going to start the 2023-24 NBA season with the NBA’s 2023 Sixth Man of the Year on their roster despite rumors veteran point guard Malcolm Brogdon might be nonplussed about a failed trade to the Los Angeles Clippers earlier this offseason.
But if that irkedness is entirely too much for both parties to deal with, the Celtics will need to find Brogdon a new ball club to play for — but which? The hosts of the CLNS Media “How Bout Them Celtics!” tried to wrap their heads around which teams in the league might actually make sense for Boston and the Virginia alum to target for a trade.
The Clippers might still be interested if Brogdon’s health is solid, but so might the Philadelphia 76ers if they do not resolve their own disgruntled guard situation, just to name a pair.
Take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what other teams they came up with.
