Former Alabama quarterback Bryce Young did not have an easy start to his NFL career. The Carolina Panthers‘ first-overall pick in the 2023 draft will miss Week 3, with a possibility of missing Week 4 due to an ankle sprain.
The pressure is immense on Young, as the team tried to put together pieces to create a playoff-caliber offense. Unfortunately for the front office, it doesn’t look like a competitive team. Young has limited time to throw due to a weak offensive line and his receivers aren’t capable of getting separation.
NFL veteran Andy Dalton will start in Young’s place for the Week 3 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
Bryce Young officially ruled OUT Sunday vs. Seahawks. Andy Dalton will start.
Panthers HC Frank Reich said doctors expect Bryce Young to miss a week or two with a sprained ankle. https://t.co/90G3jMbglO
