The 49ers on Thursday officially ruled out wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk and cornerback Ambry Thomas for their Week 3 matchup with the New York Giants.
Both players were officially questionable after limited participation in practice during the short week.
Aiyuk injured his shoulder vs the Rams in Week 2. Thomas hurt his knee in the same game.
