On his second rushing touchdown of the game during the first quarter, he hit his head pretty hard on the turf after being tackled in the end zone. He stayed in the game for two more drives, both of which were three-and-outs.

With Richardson out, Gardner Minshew will be under center. Before Richardson left, he was 6-of-10 passing for 56 yards while adding three carries for 35 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.
