Michigan State linebacker Darius Snow teases long-awaited return from injury

Heading into last season, Michigan State linebacker Darius Snow, who was a converted defensive back, had a ton of hype as a mobile linebacker who could be the coverage specialist that is lacking from Cal Haladay and Jacoby Windmon. That hype wasn’t able to come to fruition last year, as Snow suffered a season-ending injury in the season-opener against Western Michigan.

Now, it looks like there finally might be some Snow on the forecast in East Lansing, as the Spartan linebacker posted a simple message on Twitter on Friday before MSU’s game against Washington: ‘It’s time.’

Read into that what you will, but this would be a major return for MSU, as Snow could provide a huge help for them in coverage against one of the best passing attacks in the country.
