The San Francisco 49ers destroyed the Pittsburgh Steelers 30-7 in Week 1 of the NFL season on Sunday.
Or they defeated the Pittsburgh Badgers, depending on how you want to look at it. The Steelers roster currently boasts four Wisconsin products — OLB T.J. Watt, NT Keeanu Benton, OLB Nick Herbig and DL Isaiahh Loudermilk.
Watt is clearly the most established of the four, having earned first-team All-Pro honors three times and won an AP Defensive Player of the Year in 2021.

Despite the final score of the game reflecting a terrible performance by the Steelers, Watt showed out. He finished the game with five tackles, three sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
He was the single bright spot for the Steelers, as has been the case in the past. Here’s a glimpse at his third and final sack of the day:
