The 49ers on Saturday announced a handful of roster moves, one of which was officially adding defensive end Nick Bosa to the active roster. They also brought back DE Austin Bryant in a couple different fashions.
One day after releasing Bryant, San Francisco simultaneously announced he was re-signed to the practice squad and will be elevated to the active roster for Week 1.
Practice squad linebacker Curtis Robinson was also elevated to the active roster for Sunday’s game.
To make room on the practice squad for Bryant, San Francisco released kicker Matthew Wright, who became a dispensable asset once K Jake Moody was confirmed as available for Week 1.
