Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle DeForest Buckner was a late addition to the injury report Friday due to a forearm injury, but he’s expected to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Despite popping up on the injury report Friday, Buckner was not given a designation going into the weekend so he’s expected to play.
Update: The #Colts say DT DeForest Buckner (forearm) was limited in practice, but he has no game status and is good to go for Sunday's opener vs. Jacksonville.

This, of course, could change between Saturday and Sunday so it will still be something to monitor. But it feels like he was added as more of a precaution than anything else.
Buckner is a vital piece of the defense considering the consistency he brings as an interior pass rusher so hopefully he will be able to suit up against the Jaguars on Sunday.
