Tennessee offered a scholarship to 2025 four-star linebacker Dante McClellan.
“Blessed to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee,” McClellan announced.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound linebacker is from McKinley Senior High School in Canton, Ohio.
McClellan is the No. 171 overall prospect and No. 17 linebacker in the class of 2025. He ranks as the No. 1 linebacker and No. 5 player in Ohio, according to On3.
McClellan earned All-Ohio honors after totaling 34 tackles, four interceptions, two touchdowns and one sack.
McClellan holds notable scholarship offers from USC, Virginia Tech, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Rutgers.
The Vols have one commit in its 2025 recruiting class. Three-star defensive back Shamar Arnoux committed to Tennessee on April 7.
