BREAKING: LSU lands 5-star wide receiver in 2025 class

LSU has snagged another super-talented athlete from Duncanville High School in Dakorien Moore.

Just a few days after landing one of the best running backs in the country for the 2024 recruiting class in [autotag]Caden Durham[/autotag], LSU snagged another super-talented athlete from Duncanville High School.

This time, LSU landed a five-star wide receiver who is ranked as the No. 5 overall player in the 2025 recruiting class and the No. 2 wide receiver in the class. [autotag]Dakorien Moore[/autotag] is 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds, and he is a monster for Duncanville.

Last season, he finished with 44 receptions for 764 yards and 6 TDs (17.4 per catch) for the Texas 6A D-I state champions as a sophomore. Like Caden Durham, Moore runs track as he anchored Duncanville’s Texas 6A state championship 4×200 relay and ran the third leg for the silver medal-winning 4×100 relay.

Moore is the first huge commitment of the 2025 recruiting class. He became the fourth commit joining [autotag]JD LaFleur[/autotag], [autotag]Brett Bordelon[/autotag] and [autotag]Jaylen Bell[/autotag]. LSU’s 2025 recruiting class is currently ranked as the No. 4 overall recruiting class by 247Sports.
