Seahawks Roster Moves: Interior defensive line tinkering continues

Today comes word of yet another change to the team’s iDL depth up front.

Since the 2022 season ended the Seahawks front office has seemingly been obsessed with turning over their interior defensive line rotation. One can forgive them for being disappointed with the results last year, but the non-stop churn has been a real eye-opener.

Today comes word of yet another change to the team’s iDL depth up front. Veteran nose tackle Roderick Perry II – who signed only a few days ago – has been waived to make room for former Florida State nose tackle Robert Cooper, who spent time with the team earlier this offseason.

Seattle has also been busy on the other side of the line of scrimmage. Yesterday the team announced that they have re-signed former Washington State offensive lineman Liam Ryan, who spent last season on the practice squad.
