If you’re a daily player of the MLB guessing game known as Immaculate Grid — which is now powered by Baseball Reference — you know it can be tough to answer some of the more challenging parts of the puzzle. So we’re here to try and help you. Let’s run down a few clues for some of the tougher parts of Monday’s offering:
Guardians with 3,000 hits: This first baseman spent three years with Cleveland toward the end of his career after spending 13 seasons in Baltimore.
Cubs with 3,000 hits: He played 20 years and played for the Rangers, Orioles and Cubs while also hitting 569 home runs.
A’s who were Cubs: This three-time World Series champion-winning pitcher also played for the Red Sox, Cardinals, A’s and Nationals.
