Brooklyn Nets forward Cam Johnson has had an exciting summer so far as he now has a great contract and will be representing Team USA in the 2023 FIBA World Cup in August. Johnson has shown that he can be the second-best or third-best player on a playoff-level team and he has been rewarded for his performance.
Johnson, 27, came into the NBA as the 11th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft and since then, he has been what he was projected to be and then some. Now that he has his new deal, a lot will be expected of the former North Carolina Tar Heel.
Recently, Johnson has been showing how he has been working on his game and some of that progress has been caught on video for the world to see. For example, Johnson recently participated in open runs to show off some of his improved ability to attack the rim and use various dribble moves to free himself for his patented jumpshot.
