Fans of LeBron James and the entire sports world went into shock on Tuesday when it was reported that his son Bronny James had suffered cardiac arrest and was hospitalized as a result.
He was admitted to the intensive care unit, but, was moved out of the unit shortly afterward. His quick improvement reportedly left his parents relieved.
On Thursday, Dr. Merije Chukumerije, who served as the younger James’ consulting cardiologist, released a statement updating his condition. The statement said he had been released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a world-class hospital in Los Angeles near Beverly Hills.
