The field is set for the 2023 Primetime Emmy Awards, and now the guessing and prognosticating as to who will win can begin. Unsurprisingly, HBO’s Succession led the way with 27 total nominations, including presumptive favorite Sarah Snook (Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama).
Behind Succession was HBO’s The Last of Us with 24 nominations, and The White Lotus with 23. Ted Lasso led all comedies with 21 nominations, with fan favorite Phil Dunster (Jamie Tartt) earning the elusive Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy nod.

The Primetime Emmy Awards are scheduled for September 18 at 8 p.m. ET, but this could change depending on what happens with the WGA strike.
