Former Cincinnati Bengals running back Fred Willis died Tuesday at the age of 75.

Willis was a Bengal for nineteen games over two seasons after being drafted by Cincinnati in the 1971 NFL Draft. He rushed for 590 yards and seven touchdowns in his rookie season.

After he retired, Willis was a big advocate for former players suffering from CTE or other traumatic brain injuries.
