Training camp is now just two weeks away for the Dallas Cowboys, with the club climbing aboard the charter on Monday, July 24. Things have slowed to a crawl when it comes to roster composition over the last few weeks, with the club inking just one new player. That brings their total to 89 on the offseason roster, leaving room for them to add one more guy before camp officially begins.
That doesn’t include any shuffling off of current players. After the group did their offseason work through OTAs and minicamps, the coaching staff has a strong idea of what they will have on hand. Truth be told, most of the players who are going to make the 53-man roster have already been identified. There’s probably only 8-to-10 spots actually up for grabs. For now, though, here’s everyone fighting for a chance to make the Cowboys, or someone else’s roster in 2023.
