Bentonville wide receiver CJ Brown will make his college choice at the end of June.
For now, Arkansas is on the docket.
The rising senior at Bentonville High is set to visit Fayetteville over the weekend. Not in the usual way he perhaps does on the weekend with his friends, either. He’s in town to make an official to campus.
Brown has trips to Vanderbilt, Oklahoma State and Kansas State each of the weekends that follow. He tweeted in late May that he would make his commitment June 30. Brown also has offers from Louisville, Colorado State and Purdue.
The sixth-ranked player in the state in the Class of 2024 had 75 catches for more than 1,300 yards with 16 touchdowns last year.
Arkansas will lose at least three wide receivers from this year’s roster heading into the 2024 season.
