Texas football welcomed the rest of its newcomers to campus over the weekend ahead of summer workouts. Steve Sarkisian and his staff are pumped to get this influx of talent to Austin.
11 members of Texas’ 2023 signing class are arriving at school ready to get to work. The Longhorns class ranked No. 3 in the nation for the 2023 cycle. The group is exceptionally talented and has the chance to make an early impact on the Forty Acres.
Recent true freshmen to enjoy success under Sarkisian at Texas include wide receiver Xavier Worthy and left tackle Kelvin Banks. One or more of the players arriving this week may be the next Longhorn to earn freshman All-American honors.
Along with the freshman class are two transfer portal additions in defensive lineman Trill Carter and punter Ryan Sanborn.
