It’s that part of the sports calendar where the NBA playoffs dominate the conversation while things like the NFL take a break of sorts.
As such, it’s only right the Cincinnati Bengals social media team asked players coming back from practice who the best player in the NBA is right now.
LeBron James, whose Los Angeles Lakers were eliminated by the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, came up right away.
Nikola Jokić, Jimmy Butler and even Kevin Durant got some love too, though.
Not everyone played by the rules, though. Ja’Marr Chase listed Tee Higgins, citing his fellow wideout’s highlight tapes, but then went on to note Higgins wasn’t necessarily better than him.
