Four-star 2024 offensive lineman Makai Saina visits USC in mid-June

USC is battling a crowded field for a top interior offensive lineman in the 2024 class.

Makai Saina is a four-star interior offensive lineman for the 2024 recruiting class out of Martin High School in Arlington, Texas. USC is in Saina’s top 10 list and will get him for an official visit from June 16-18, Saina announced Wednesday evening.

Makai Saina named his top 10 schools via Twitter. Saina considers Michigan, TCU, Georgia, LSU, USC, Oregon, Texas, Nebraska, Penn State, and Texas A&M to be his favorite schools right now.

The offensive lineman is listed at 6-foot-4 and 290 pounds. Saina is rated as a four-star recruit and the No. 24 interior offensive lineman for the cycle per the 247Sports Composite. There is still plenty of time to go before finalizing the 2024 recruiting class, but there’s no denying the Trojans could use a boost to jump-start the cycle, especially on the interior.

Saina is a powerful run blocker. He stays with his blocks and does a good job of moving his feet. He primarily played offensive tackle as a junior for Martin High School.

Saina plans to visit USC this spring. He visited Texas A&M in January.
