If you thought the Carolina Panthers’ 2023 offseason was like a movie, you’re not the only one.
After wrapping up their first week of OTAs, the team announced on Friday that they will be releasing a three-part series documenting what’s been an absolutely crazy calendar year. Entitled “Panthers Blueprint,” the project will give fans a rare behind-the-scenes look into the process that’s reshaped the landscape of the franchise.
The film will presumably start in January, with the hiring of head coach Frank Reich. Reich, in true Hollywood fashion, now returns to lead the franchise he once quarterbacked to start the organization’s inaugural season of 1995.
But the scenes, obviously, won’t stop there. As noted by team reporter Darin Gantt in the official release, the series will also cover Carolina’s building of an all-star coaching staff, their active free agency period and, of course, their wild ride to the top of the 2023 NFL draft.
And in case you can’t wait until its release in late June, maybe the teaser that spearheaded the announcement can hold you off . . .
