Wiggins is one of the top JUCO recruits and chose the Hogs over Penn State, Illinois, Miami, and Texas A&M after posting his top five schools a few days ago.
Standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 310 pounds, Wiggins was a standout player at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas, excelling at center. After losing star center Ricky Stromberg to the NFL, Wiggins will have a chance to take over the starting position. Wiggins also brings versatility to the Hogs’ offensive line, being able to play guard as well.
With the addition of Wiggins to the roster, Arkansas now boasts a total of 84 scholarships, leaving just one open scholarship for the 2023 roster. This latest acquisition represents a significant win for the program, and fans can eagerly anticipate what Wiggins will bring to the team in the upcoming season.
