The second men’s major championship of the year is in the books.
The world’s best players arrived in Rochester, New York, for the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club this week. The Donald Ross design previously hosted the PGA Championship in 2013 (Jason Dufner), 2003 (Shaun Micheel) and 1980 (Jack Nicklaus). Only Southern Hills in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has hosted the event more than Oak Hill.
Justin Thomas was there to defend. Masters champ had eyes on consecutive majors. But in the end, it was Brooks Koepka hoisting the Wanamaker Trophy for the third time in his career and fifth major championship in all.
