An early piece of the 49ers’ schedule has been released by the NFL.
They’ll face off against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 13 in a rematch of the NFC championship game. Kickoff is slated for 1:25pm Pacific Time.
The Eagles rolled in the NFC title game thanks in part to a UCL injury suffered by 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy. Pushing the rematch until later in the season presumably insulates the 49ers from going into the game without their starting quarterback as they try to exact some revenge for falling a game short of the Super Bowl.
The NFL’s full schedule release will be at 5:00pm Pacific Time on Thursday.
