Alabama defensive back Tre’Quon Fegans announced that he was transferring to USC on Sunday. The news comes just three weeks after Fegans entered his name into the transfer portal.
Fegans was a four-star coming out of Thompson High School in Alabaster, Alabama. He was heavily recruited by power-five programs such as Miami and South Carolina. Ultimately, he chose to sign with the Crimson Tide.
Fegans did not record any stats during his first season at Alabama. As a result, he will have four years of eligibility remaining.
Upon entering the transfer portal, Fegans took visits to UCF, Georgia Tech, and USC. It was Lincoln Riley and the Trojans that were able to land a commitment from Fegans. Tre’Quon’s younger brother, 2025 prospect Anquon Fegans, also committed to USC on Sunday. He was a recruiting target for the Crimson Tide.
