The Tigers softball team ended its first 40-win season since 2019 with a splash this weekend.
After dropping Game 1 against the No. 10 Georgia Bulldogs on Friday, LSU responded to take Games 2 and 3 in a Sunday doubleheader. With the series victory, coach Beth Torina’s Tigers (40-14, 13-11 SEC) earn the No. 6 seed in the SEC tournament, which begins this week in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
LSU will open against No. 13-seeded Ole Miss at 10 a.m. CT on Wednesday. If the Tigers can win that game, they’ll face No. 3-seeded Auburn on Thursday. That game would also be at 10 a.m. CT.
With the SEC tournament bracket set, here’s how all 13 teams in the league are seeded, including each team’s opening matchup.
