Fashion stars, entertainers and athletes were among those who attended the 2023 Met Gala on Monday evening at Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
Serena Williams not only showed up looking fantastic, as usual, but the recently retired tennis superstar also revealed she’s pregnant, expecting her and husband Alexis Ohanian’s second child. In addition to showing off her baby bump as she made her entrance, Williams — who gave birth to their first child, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., in September 2017 — also announced the exciting news on Instagram.
In her post, she posed for several photos in her Met Gala look, and wrote in the caption: “Was so excited when Anna Wintour invited the 3 of us to the Met Gala.”
