On Day 3, with pick No. 197, general manager Chris Grier drafted Stanford wide receiver Elijah Higgins.
Higgins has been projected to transition to tight end in the NFL, which might allow him to play a role similar to Mike Gesicki in head coach Mike McDaniel’s offense.
